After 10 years of living in this home, our wonderful clients knew they needed more space but didn't want to give up their home, their neighbourhood or their lifestyle. Enlisting the help of Craig Race Architecture, Alair Homes Forest Hill, and the team at Parris McKenna Design, this home underwent a complete gut, a third floor addition and a 15ft extension.
Three years in the making, we took our clients through a complete journey from initial architectural drawings through design development and selections and into implementation and project completion. Our trusted trade partners brought our design vision to life and delivered an exceptional home to our clients.
