A down-to-the-studs renovation in Leslieville that saw us transform an awkward and poorly laid out floor plan into a young family’s dream home.
After living in this home for more than 12 years, our clients came to us to completely reimagine the layout and functionality of this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home in Leslieville, and to design a home they would want to live in for many years to come.
Working alongside the architectural team, we were able to gut this home down to the studs and design a space that felt sophisticated and intentionally thought out, while even sneaking in two additional bathrooms.
This young family needed things like a better laid out kitchen and dining area, larger bedrooms, a primary ensuite, and a powder room. Through collaboration and careful design, we brought to life a deeply personal and effortlessly elegant home for our wonderful clients.
