A 650 sq. ft. mini cottage situated just yards away from the main home, this space includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and 14' ceilings.
After realizing the need for overflow sleeping capacity, a fully outfitted 650 square foot dwelling was constructed just across the stream from the main home.
The design direction was similar to that of the main home so that we could maintain cohesion - an old world infused style blended with contemporary finishes. Special features include a large picture window in the kitchen in place of a backsplash, Zellige tile to beautifully capture and reflect the natural light, and a leathered Quartzite countertop. A little mini oasis nestled among the trees, this place is a well-loved year round retreat.
